HD Supply

HDSupply mobile app wins 2020 Horizon Interactive Award.

I was part of the team that designed and developed the mobile app that also had an 4.6 Cumulative App Store Rating. Also was the Highest Rated MRO App.

The Problem

One of the first things we did was talk to Customer Service Reps, Field Sales Reps, and conducted Customer Interviews. We noted their pain points so we could identify and define the problems to solve.

Wireframes and User Flows

I created some sketches, wireframes and user flows to show some quick ideas and the journey the users would take throughout the website. After creating wireframes, I created comps based off of the info provided in the wireframes.

Mobile Awards and Increased Revenue by 18%

The mobile app was the Winner of the 2020 October Awards for Best Mobile App Design as well as the 2020 Horizon Interactive Award for Best Mobile App.
